xshell 启动突然出现： 

initialize flexnet service failed error code 50003

出现的原因
新版 Xshell 需要 FlexNet Licensing Service 来验证授权 (Activation Licensing Service)，而 Xshell 便携版并没有安装此服务。

解决方案：

安装服务：

下载一个附件：https://files.cnblogs.com/files/passedbylove/FlexNet_Licensing_Service_Installer_PortableSoft.7z

执行里面的！-Install.bat文件和FNPLicensingService.exe

运行 !-Uninstall.bat 脚本来卸载此服务。
