这个是 redis 的问题，
看日志发现 redis 一直 pending
继续找 pending的原因

nfs 有问题
发现 路径配置不对，
所以默认的存储类 PVC 的路径不对，导致 redis一直 pending, 进而影响 kubesphere 登录。
