出现这个问题的主要原因是 ，我关闭了注册功能，怎么解决呢？
方法：
第一步 :登录服务器，执行一下命令，进入数据库：
gitlab-psql gitlabhq_production
第二步，执行一下命名修改登录项：
UPDATE application_settings set signin_enabled=true;
发现有错误：
column "signin_enabled" of relation "application_settings" does not exist
执行如下：
UPDATE application_settings set password_authentication_enabled=true;
# 退出
^D\q
#重启 Gitlab 即可访问
gitlab-ctl restart
